How much do sessions cost?
- $225 for initial session, $150 for 45 minute follow up, $125 for 30 minute follow up
What is the cancellation policy?
- Less than 24 hours’ notice: $75
- You can reschedule without cost if cancelling prior to 24 hours notice or you can reschedule to a later time in the same day without cost subject to availability
- We reserve the right to discharge you from the practice if you miss 2 appointments consecutively or 5 in one year.
How will I communicate with my provider?
- You can communicate via secure, HIPPA-protected email or via our client portal
Do you offer in-person sessions?
- Yes, once to twice a month in Marion, Virginia. We also offer telehealth throughout the state of Virginia.

- We treat Anxiety, Depression, Bipolar disorder, Schizophrenia, Insomnia, Trauma, PTSD, and Grief.
- We also work with people who are in recovery from substance use.

- We offer diagnosis medication for people struggling with mental illness.
Where do you treat patients?
- We work with patients in Marion, Virginia, Richmond, Virginia and throughout the state of Virginia looking for psychiatric support.
